From the North
Exit I-95 onto 836 West. Stay right and take the first exit, 14 th Street. Continue west straight ahead on 14 th street to the Applebaum Diagnostic Imaging Center. The entrance will be on your right just before the pedestrian traffic light.
From the South
Exit I-95 onto 836 west. Move to the right exit onto 12 th Avenue. Turn right from the exit ramp onto 12 th Avenue. Turn right onto 14 th street entrance will be on your left just after the pedestrian traffic light.
From SR 826 (Palmetto Expressway), Airport, and Points West
Take SR 836 East exit at NW 17 th Avenue North (Civic Center/Hospitals). On exit ramp veer left to 17 th Avenue. Turn right (north) onto 17 th Avenue. Cross bridge and turn right at NW North River Drive (first traffic light). Make first left at NW 13 th Terrace. Turn right onto NW 14 th street and proceed to NW 12 th Avenue. Continue east straight ahead on 14 th street to the Applebaum Diagnostic Imaging Center. The entrance will be on your left just after the pedestrian traffic light.
